Clover Felting Needle Mat (small) #8910

The Clover Felting Needle Mat is a brush-like mat that enables smooth punching with little resistance, and allows the fibers of the piece being felted (or the applique) to mesh well with the base fabric. The mat is deep enough so that the needles to not bottom-out and therefore breakage (when used properly) will be greatly reduced. Use the mat in place of the foam rubber traditionally used. Approximate size of mat surface is 2.5" x 3.5"
