General Policies
We ship all in-stock merchandise within 7 business days. Other items will be shipped within 21 days. If an item will be on back order longer than 21 days, you will be notified.
Not all items are available for Rapid Delivery.
Money Orders and Personal Checks are accepted - these payments must be received in advance. C.O.D. requires an additional $5.00 fee.
USPS Priority Mail for orders under 2 lbs. and under $100.00.
United Parcel Service (UPS) for orders over 2 lbs. and over $100.00.

Return Policies
Merchandise in new condition only may be exchanged within 10 days of purchase for in-store credit only. Item(s) must be accompanied by a sales receipt and have their garment tickets attached. Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
State and Federal laws prohibit refunds or exchanges on bras, panties, girdles, and swimwear that has been worn.
Sorry, we can not offer cash, check, or charge card refunds.

About Us
We have been in the customer service health care industry since 1984. We started our specialized foundation business in 1993 when I realized that I had special needs that were not met by department stores and traditional lingerie shops.
We started a home-based business selling custom fitted garments that became so successful there was a need to expand. For the past three years the business has grown by specializing in hard-to-fit and hard-to-find sizes and styles. We also specialize in full busted sizes. We have a comprehensive range of beautiful lingerie in sizes from AA to LL cups ranging from 26 to 56 band sizes in stock.
Our philosophy is to be attentive to each customer and their request, while caring about their needs and problems. We're excited about our services and products. We believe that every woman should take care of her most valuable asset by wearing custom-fitted bras. A woman will know when she is properly fitted. Her garment should be comfortable all day.
That special fit is extremely important for women that have undergone breast surgeries. We carry a full line of post mastectomy foundations. Each member of our staff is a professionally trained, caring certified fitter. We look forward to serving you online or at our store location.
